Quality psychiatric care
is now within reach

Psychiatric care is often expensive and hard to find. But everyone deserves support when they need it.

We make it affordable, with or without insurance

In Network

Many members are covered by insurance.

That means you may not pay anything out-of-pocket.

We currently offer in-network services through insurance plans in Oregon and Washington state. You can confirm coverage and get your out-of-pocket cost by creating an account – no cost or obligation.

Out Of Network

Get reimbursed with out-of-network benefits.

You can check for those benefits, and find your out-of-pocket cost by creating an account at no cost or obligation. We provide everything you need to send to your insurance for potential reimbursement. And all our care is HSA and FSA eligible.

Even out of network, Care Nimble can be as little as $59 per month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any charges for your plan's cost sharing, such as deductibles, copays or co-insurance, are your financial responsibility. See your insurance provider for details.

  • If your Care Nimble is not currently in-network with your insurance provider, you may have other payment options to cover some or all of the costs of your Care Nimble services:

    • You can use your HSA or FSA cards as your primary payment method.

    • We can provide an itemized invoice (superbill) that you can submit for HSA or FSA reimbursement, or to submit to your health insurance carrier for reimbursement of an out-of-network claim.

  • Prescription costs are not included in your Care Nimble membership. Prescription costs are often covered by insurance, depending on your benefits.

We always work to provide you with the lowest cost, effective medication options. We emphasize lower cost generic options, and “$5 Formulary” medications whenever appropriate.

  • We believe in clear, up-front pricing, without hidden costs or surprise bills. You can create a no-cost, no-obligation account to use our insurance tool, and get an exact cost.

We also believe you should know exactly what you’re paying for. That’s why you’ll review and approve your first care plan before you pay.

While we strive to support a wide range of mental health needs, there are some conditions that require specialized care beyond our current scope of practice. For example, we don't provide medication management for primary psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia), substance use disorders, or insomnia that isn't related to an underlying mental health condition.

We currently provide psychiatric care for independent adults aged 18 and over, including specialized expertise in gender-affirming care.

While we support many individuals through challenging times, we want to be clear about our limitations to ensure everyone receives appropriate care.

We are not currently equipped to serve:

    • Children or adolescents under 18

    • Individuals with significant intellectual disabilities

    • Those requiring specialized geriatric psychiatric care

    • People needing specialized perinatal or postpartum mental health support

A note about crisis care: While we support members experiencing suicidal thoughts, we are not a crisis service. If you're experiencing acute, active suicidality, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or visit your nearest emergency room. Once stabilized, we can work with you on ongoing medication management.
